The Victoria Rail Trail (VRTC) is owned anD managed by the City of Kawartha Lakes. The VRTC extends from Bethany to Kinmount with several access points along the way. The Rail Trail is open year round to the public for walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, horseback riding, sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling with a valid train permit.
